A report on setting up the Unit for research management and administration for European cooperation at AGH, as the necessity appeared stringent in the context of the complexity of EU programmes and the regular practice of big organizationsto work with professionalsin proposals preparation will be prepared. A Management convention involving the 3 partners grant offices will be organized every year for exchange best-practices.

A report and plan on enhancement of research and professional carrier conducted by CNR and AALTO, who will support AGH to approach students in the universities related to activities in metallurgy and to present them the opportunities for graduates within AGH. The main strong points of a potential scientific career will be emphasised.
