NetCastPL4.0 present at Non-Ferrous Metals Conference “Nauka i Technologia”

The NetCastPL4.0 project was promoted during “Nauka i Technologia” (“Science and Technology) Conference on June 11-13, 2026 in Sandomierz.

The “Science and Technology” Non-Ferrous Metals Conferences are an important event for the worlds of science and industry, traditionally organized by the Non-Ferrous Metals Foundry Section of the STOP Executive Board, in collaboration with the Faculty of Foundry Engineering at the AGH University of Krakow and Uni-Export Instruments Polska.

Since the 1970s, these sessions have brought together specialists in non-ferrous metal casting technology—representatives of industrial plants, small and medium-sized enterprises, research and scientific and educational institutions—to create an open forum for discussion and the exchange of views on technologies and materials based on non-ferrous metals. These conferences thus bear witness to the development of technological and materials-related thinking in the field of non-ferrous metal casting.

Non-ferrous metal casting is a rapidly developing field, both in terms of innovative technologies and new materials of increasingly higher quality. Research and development conducted by research and scientific centers and institutes focuses on improving the properties of castings and expanding their range of applications. Access to information and knowledge—understood as collaboration between the industrial and scientific sectors—enables the achievement of global quality standards.

During this year conference the paper titled “ Przyjazne dla środowiska masy formierskie stosowane w odlewnictwie metali nieżelaznych” was presented promoting NetCastPL4.0 project.
